Gel stands for Group Experiential Learning. We are expert team building and leadership training consultants. GEL helps people and organizations enhance productivity, communication and leadership skills via challenging outdoor team building experiences, available across the US. While we organize all sorts of experiential programs, our particular area of focus is SAILING. We've found that no other sport engenders esprit de corp as well, nor provides such immediate feedback on team dynamics.

People with any level of physical fitness or dexterity can sail. As you'll see in our event photos, people of all shapes and sizes can sail. Our founder is actively involved with disabled sailing programs across the country and has raced around the buoys with and against amputees and paraplegics.
